Go easy Nita, you might be listening to too many conspiracy theory’s, this sounds like a good time to put the crack pipe down haha
ha ha i go easy with the conspiracy theories, Drake is Drake but Paul is dead, that’s for sure. Maybe we should go bananas here and see what happens?<iframe src=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/IrthE_waCV8?feature=oembed&wmode=transparent” name=”fitvid1″ width=”300″ height=”150″ frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen=”allowfullscreen” data-mce-fragment=”1″></iframe>
Well one thing for sure about fool McCartney, he hasn’t wrote anything worth shit since the Beatles. If he really is Paul, someone else has had his brain for the last 50 years. Maybe Keith nicked it off him, Mick certainly doesn’t have it, he lost his in 84′.
Mick is the brain and Keith is the heart of the Stones. I love the beatles but he also did some nice stuff later on dont you think, what about this beauty song<iframe src=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/SLhoLkTyNkM?start=11&feature=oembed&wmode=transparent” name=”fitvid2″ width=”300″ height=”150″ frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen=”allowfullscreen” data-mce-fragment=”1″></iframe>
I’d put McCartney up there as one of the best music writers of all time, definitely in my top 5. But since the 60’s its shocking how limited in quality his songwriting has been.
I would say Mick has been disappointing as a writer since Undercover.
Maybe i’m amazed is a rare treat. 😛February 4, 2018 at 5:10 am #73243keefriffhardsParticipant
Golden Slumbers, one of the last great songs written by McCartney without John, along with Let It Be and The Long And Winding Road. After this McCartney went down hill fast creatively. Basically after 1970 i gave up on Paul. Where did he go ?
Followed by a touching cover tribute by Guy Garvey from Elbow.
