I know, Nita.
Don’t much want to change. But for you and CE, I’ll try (a little).June 19, 2017 at 6:02 pm #68561
This is what two guitar’s should sound like together, The whole band at it’s best, Love in vain, roundhouse 71. I don’t know anything about guitar’s, but my ears works, just listen. Btw Woody and Richards would be a perfect rythm guitar section(with a touch of short Wood solo’s) for Taylor these day’s

Jagger vs anyone. “i saw you on the sidewalk,sister/walking home alone/you got the blues from working/right down to your bones”. I wish they had filmed the band doing this song in the studio. Awesome Jagger And thank you Anthony R for putting out all this lovely Stones clip’s on you tube

Ronnie Wood is the best guitarist suited for the Rolling Stones. There should be no argument. He’s proven that, over and over again.August 7, 2017 at 5:59 pm #69572
I don’t think so. Here’s an argument, i’m playing the “can’t you hear me knocking” card, the trumf. Even tthe alternate version is a trumf 🙂

no denying very petty licks by Taylor, but Ronnie Wood is the epitome of a Rolling Stone, sound, look and feel; the sound and soul of the Stones is KR, not Taylor…and Wood compliments Richards almost as well if not better than anyone.August 9, 2017 at 12:33 pm #69594
I don’t think so. Keith used to be a hell of a guitar player but nowadays eh well i don’t think so. Keith is full of rubbish these days and have been for a couple or more decades now. It’s good to be here………..the weaving of guitars …………fuck it, i don’t want two guitar’s to sound the same or as one. I want two guitar’s to sound like two different guitar’s but in harmony with each other. I want a rhythm guitar and a lead guitar, i don’t know anything about guitar’s but it is as simple as that. Keith was the man who came up with ace’s like “………only trouble with the police………..”, “………..because we couldn’t remember theyre fuckin’ name’s…….”, “……..see you in seven years ,babe…….”,”………….I’ll let you know” and so on. Sorry, i love Keith, but he is running out of steam. Can anyone tell me one (Taylor) song who sounds better live with Wood. And fuck the backup singers too, this is what Gimme Shelter is ment to sound like live
