That Licks Brown Sugar clip is amazing. Imagine being all ready to run out there and hit the crowd, then you hear THAT? I’d love to see the behind the scenes footage with the opening “Scarf Me Up” riff. Satisfaction in Pittsburgh was a good one too. I’ve got video of Mick’s exaggerated shrug somewhere I’ll post later.

I was at Pittsburgh and that was painful to watch. It was really funny, though I sort of felt bad for laughing!

Don't you think it's sometimes wise not to grow up?

Haha Drake, I know you’re fond of that one. Same record store I found a copy of She’s the Boss, I should have just bought it. Already have the pink one.

Yeah, and that Helsinki concert was particularly sad, sad, sad. Keith was in no condition to play. He was like a zombie and fell down twice or something. People didn’t mind though, they were thinking the guy is Keith Richards = drunk as hell and plays like shit and that belongs to the concept… As we know, the reason for his off nights was not the booze at the time.  But since the nature of Stones sound is what it is today that didn’t even hurt much the show… the band is so used to have one off guitarist per night…

Those were odd times.. after the next concert (in Stockholm?), some Swedish journalist mentioned something of Keith’s condition in his review of the show, and Keef answered in a public letter to him. Some years later the same Swedish guy interviewed him, and the things got a bit ugly when Keith realized who the guy is…

    1.  I dig it. When they get just enough off-kilter and the music sounds like there’s a war going on behind Mick.

From 3:15 messing up the end of the song and Keith showing Charlie “the finger”

Don't you think it's sometimes wise not to grow up?
