Keith’s guitar was out of tune on SMU in Raleigh 2015. Ronnie covered perfectly for him while KR changed 5 string teles.
    Sec E Row 4 Seat 7

Wait a second…. Keith noticed? Something doesn’t sound right.

    Alright….are you having fun?

The end of Ron’s solo here is literally the worst thing I’ve ever heard, he sounds like a wounded animal

Honestly moments like this are just fun for me. It proves they are human. That clip of She’s So Cold is a beast. When the band is locked in, they can be the tightest band on the planet. When the groove is off, the opposite. The funny thing to me is how one person can throw another person for a loop.

BTW, that clip of IORR-Satisfaction is incredible. I don’t know how I missed that!

The whole 2015 Pittsburgh show was a beautiful disaster…they played two out of the four ‘Song Vote’ tracks, seemed like they cut Lisa’s mic off during the duet part of Shelter, Keef cut Mick off at the very end of the show (stormed into the introduction of ‘Satisfaction’ over Mick’s closing comments)…I’m sure there were more, but those are three that really stand out.

Oh, and I found this 2014 version of ‘Brown Sugar’…Mick is ticked off!

A little easier to see Mick in this one…

Why are you so offended? They’re professional musicians. We have every right to notice and critique mistakes they’ve made in concert. It’s not like the thread’s about bad decisions each member’s made in his life, or something.

Sway on the ABB tour or ever.

    Heartbreaker… horrible. Any tour.

Rocks Off – they’ve never pulled this one off very good live

    She’s So Cold – horrible

The SPARKS WILL FLY boot of the August 14, 1994 Giants Stadium show has a fantastic fuckup of Street Fighting Man. It’s hilarious. It just falls apart but Charlie keeps playing.

Where is that IORR-Satisfaction clip? It’s not the one that’s the first video in this thread is it?

Those of us whom attended Columbus, 2005 saw perhaps one of the most inconsistent shows of all-time. We witnessed the premiere of Sway, which needed a lot of work. A LOT of work. We got maybe one of the best-ever performances of All Down the Line. We got a rare gem of a Mr Pitiful which was IMO the best rendition of the few performances they ever did. We saw a deranged fan jump on stage and try to attack the backing vocalists before being whisked quickly off-stage,
    and finally…
we got Shattered. Truly shattered from the B-stage. The wreck starts jumping the track at 0:53, goes completely off at 1:07, and doesn’t right itself until the instrumental break at 2:00.

That version of Shattered was shocking and excruciating.

@bassethound sorry for the poor sound quality. I am pretty sure thats my recording and it is exactly what it sounded like at the show! I put out the show for free and ofcourse every boot label on the planet immediately re-released it.

Columbus was indeed and INCREDIBLY INCONSISTENT show. So many things screwed up, along with tons of fun moments. I still wish I had edited out my comments right before Sway. I was just pumped to hear something for the first time live.

@drake That was you??? You’re the guy yelling “fuck, yeah”??? Cool! Now I feel horrible for saying the sound quality was poor. It was actually pretty good for an audience recording. It’s just that some of the pros out here post stuff that’s almost soundboard. I snuck in a cassette recorder to the Akron ’72 show and got the whole show. The first 3 songs were ruined by me yelling “alright” all the way thru them. Way worse than one innocent “fuck, yeah”. . Anyway, thanks for recording it!

Ladies and Gentlemen… we have a winner. And I’m only 4:00 into it. Who knows what the next ELEVEN MINUTES will bring!

Update: Ok, I can now honestly say that I’ve listened all the way thru to the trilogy of Jamming With Edward, Brian Jones Presents the Pipes of Pan at Joujouka, and now … this.

I chose to name this “Stoned In Amsterdam” because I am dead sure there was Brownies involved here. Mr Watts proves he is the best friend anyone could have, guiding Keef onstage safe and sound. Mick is less sympathetic. I feel for him…

WOW. Nikkei that is absolutely BRUTAL. Love this band so much. Poor Mick!
